About the event
The Surrey Sustainable Professionals Group was a year long exploration of the question “What is Sustainable Professional Advice?” It took a cross disciplinary approach and was supported by academics from the University of Surrey Centre for Environment and Sustainability. By bringing together practitioners from different, but related sectors we were able to bring new perspectives on problems that were common to all of us and therefore make progress faster than working in silos. This was an experiment in understanding regulated professional services, but the lessons learned from using a cross disciplinary approach are applicable widely across all sectors.
